Well, not in the true climatic sense, as the changes are barely perceptible there! On Saturday, it was 39C in the day, falling to 29C by 8pm. Gorgeous for sitting outside with a chilled glass of white wine , but still not cool enough for jeans or sweaters- so not really Autumn. And, definitely no colour change on the cacti!!
So, I have given in to the culture, and bought up Walmart's wonderful autumnal accessories, strewn them all around the house, and we are pretending that the season has truly changed!!

Yeah, we're starting to move toward the hotter time now we're out of winter. Yesterday was 31c though we have to live without air con! Ouch.
I was thinking when I saw the Autumnal photo's you've put on your blog about the discussions at this time last year about halloween, and then it dawned on me that it was a year ago that we were with you guys in Phoenix, and having cocktails in the spa! I can't believe a year has gone that fast.
It's getting hot in NZ now! Not autumn but spring! Its still bizarre! Loving the accessories! Em and Dan
